Alberto was super friendly and helpful! I was a few minutes late due to a snow storm in my area and they were incredibly understanding. My service was going to take 2+ hours (which is fine and I believe standard) and even though I had planned to hang out there, they offered to order me a Lyft to & from my home while my car was serviced. I'm sure this is standard Volkswagen procedure but I just really appreciated it. Can't wait to come back here for my next service!

Absolutely stellar service, communication, accuracy, transparency... they literally provide photographs of internal mechanical items with detailed descriptions of what issue is being represented.
